After one month, it was down 5.5%, and after two months, I only had $500 left in the account, a 95% loss on the operation. Acknowledging the failure of Kong, Quantum support then talked me into test-driving the Axis bot, with the written assurance that my 60-day guarantee was still intact:
*You're switching from Kong to Axis on demo for 60 days. Your Axis algo will be set up in a couple of days from now
*We're resetting your 60 day guarantee
*We're waiving off your monthlies for the next 6 months
After two weeks of a nothing-burger on Axis, I gave notice that I wanted out, with the refund of my licence fees.
At that point, Quantum sent me three emails over a 45-day period, saying they were "analysing" my trade records.
When I suggested I should consider legal action, they totally ghosted me.

When it finally gets to my city it “goes out for delivery “ I wait for hours. All day for it to arrive. It doesn’t. No update or anything, just still listed as out for delivery. The next day at 5 pm I get an email that it had been delivered. Including 4 pictures of the building I live in, my door with and without the package and then the package itself. According to the email the package had been delivered at 3:45. I was home. No knock on my door or anything. I go to check and no package. I go to check the cameras I’m positive the driver didn’t notice we’re there and yep, driver stole my package after putting it down like they were gonna deliver it. Speedx refused a refund or anything so I had to go through TEMU for it and thankfully they refunded the items that were sold out and reshipped the rest. I hate this crap company and I hope they go under. </H3> |

| <H3> Horrible customer service and completely dishonest company. I have never experienced anything this frustrating. I called 128 times throughout the day, and every single call went straight to voicemail. Not once did I get a response. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent.
I placed an order on Monday, but by Friday, it still hadn’t shipped. Since the delay was unacceptable, I attempted to cancel the order. I sent emails and repeatedly tried calling, but they ignored all my attempts to reach them. Instead of responding, they suddenly created a shipping label and lied, claiming the item had been shipped when it clearly had not.
This company has zero accountability, no communication, and no regard for customers. They intentionally avoid contact and mislead buyers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company entirely. I would give zero stars if I could.

My only complaint is that when I 1st started have dropped significantly in relation to the time spent to complete the survey. I would hope that this relationship to time spent and points awarded will improve. In closing my earnings per week are about $15-25 on average. I'm retired. </H3> |
